AIRNODES
AirNode is a general term World Mobile uses for the different types of hardware that participants can purchase to grow the infrastructure of the network. Purchasing an AirNode does not involve installation or running the hardware. AirNode types (like Spark or Ember) vary in function, price point, and payout profile.
At present, AirNodes purchased through drops are deployed on the buyer's behalf in Pakistan. Deployment in the Philippines is expected in the near future.
DEPENDENCIES
- World Mobile phone plan
- Premier Rewards membership (required for new Spark AirNode purchases as of April 2026)
STEP 1
Sign up for notifications of future AirNode drops at worldmobile.io/airnodes. If you follow World Mobile on X, drop notifications typically are also highlighted there.
STEP 2
Locate the AirNodes link within the Earn section of your my.worldmobile.io dashboard.
STEP 3
When drops occur, navigate there and purchase the number of AirNodes you would like.
STEP 4
Within 48 hours of purchase, your AirNodes will appear in the dashboard along with performance and earnings data.
STEP 5
Earnings accrue continuously but can typically only be withdrawn on a monthly cycle.
